Do I need to change a battery?
No. It's automatic and runs on your wrist's motion. If it sits for a few days, just shake it or wind the crown.
Can I swim and dive with it?
Yes. It's water resistant up to 300 m. Just don't turn the crown underwater.

It's 41 mm, the classic sports-watch size, and the adjustable strap fits most wrists.
Does it gain or lose time?
